Watching someone give this much of himself to a company just to be treated as disposable in the end says a lot about how loyalty and hard work are valued here. Employees are human beings with families and bills, not interchangeable parts. It was. $15k split unit install. Since then it has had nothing but issues and they do not show up on time to fix. When they do show up they can't fix it because their techs constantly turn over and /or don't bring the right tools. They have been working for three days now to send a tech to try to get the new unit running correctly and the fist tech showed up and didn't have the tools he needed to determine the problem. They scheduled another tech for the next day who didn't show and they didn't call me to let me know (wasted another four hours of my time) so I called them and they stated a tech would come out first thing the next day at 9am. Tech didn't show with no calls and no updated so I had to call again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Haynes. They have poor service, poor communication and poor install experience.
