AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The HVAC unit at my house stopped working approximately 2 weeks ago. Sergio came out and diagnosed our issue. Not only did the unit have a Freon leak but there was also an issue with an internal computer board that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the part we needed was on back order from the manufacturer so Sergio was able to go ahead and repair the Freon leak but without the part my wife and I along were our 3 fur children were left without A/C until the part came in. I called the main office at Haynes and spoke to Mary who is an integral part of this company. I explained to her the situation we were facing. No A/C, humid in the house, with our indoor thermostat showing temps in the 90's, 3 dogs and my wife who has an autoimmune disease that can go into crisis mode if she gets overheated. Mary told me not to worry and that she would have someone bring us a portable A/C unit we could put in our bedroom until the back ordered part came in! Mary even called me later that evening after she was home to confirm someone delivered the portable unit! The back ordered part came in late yesterday evening and Mary was able to get us on the schedule for this morning. Sergio came out today, replaced the part and now we have a working HVAC unit!!! Mary and Sergio both went above and beyond to provide OUTSTANDING customer service and I am convinced that there is no one more knowledgeable and capable to diagnose and repair an HVAC system than Sergio! After wasting time with another local HVAC option who claimed that our only option was an entirely new unit and couldn't even install until days later. I found Haynes via search and I called, and I sure am glad that I did! My initial visit was a couple of hours later with Sean Spratt and based on his initial inspection and the age of the unit he wanted a tech to verify that it couldn't be repaired versus a new install, good start right there! This honest assessment SAVED US thousands! Need HVAC service HIRE HAYNES! Then our tech was Adam Ooten, who arrived early during the window that they gave us and confirmed that if we wanted a new system we could get it, but that wasn't our only option, confirming it could be repaired. In the time the last company was fumbling and figuring he had assessed, went to get additional things required to fix it, and got it done! I will not call another company for HVAC work as long as we are in this area! They have earned my respect and will get the call for future service. I have had extremely positive service from Haynes located in Cedartown, GA, since moving to Bremen a year ago. I requested to have someone come to do a routine check on the a/c a few days ago. Shane Bragg came this time and he was in the crawl space to check everything and came in to show photos he took of the old furnace and a/c conditions. They are in very bad condition. The furnace housing has rusted holes in it, the a/c drain isn't emptying properly. He had also generated a quote for new system to be installed. He explained everything so well about the system problems and the quote and was able to let me know that Haynes actually finances the cost and give me the exact monthly payment amount. He did not pressure me in any to act immediately. Shane went way beyond what I would expect to provide service. Each tech who has been here has been so kind and has been so helpful to me. read more

Most recently, Technician, Elbert Tate came out to our home to discus replacing our 2.5 ton dual fuel Goodman with a 3 ton Goodman 17.2 SEER, 80,000 BTUs (straight gas) along with some duct work modification. Prior to meeting with Elbert, I knew nothing about HVAC system. I'm still no expert but I have a general understanding of the machinery and available options. I had to replace my entire HVAC system for my rental property, which is my old childhood homeplace, after 32 years and had to have some ductwork replaced and repaired. We just had 2 new units installed in our home by Haynes and we couldn't be more happier. The guys that came out to our home were very kind and professional and you could tell they were very knowledgeable about the work they done. They cleaned everything up before they left and it looked as if they had never been there. We also talked with the owner of the company and she was very kind as well and went out of her way to help us in anyway she could. We had an entire central Heating and air unit installed last year. About two weeks ago we started having an issue with the house getting warm and error codes popping up On the thermostat. Elbert came out and started troubleshooting. We thought it was a sensor so he replaced that but then the air unit wasn't connecting or communicating with the thermostat. So he came back a few days later with a new thermostat which also wasn't the problem so under the house he went and ran a new wire which fixed the problem. His patience and persistence in figuring out the problem was much appreciated. So glad we went with Haynes for our new unit. read more

Today was the first time I've ever used Haynes! Very happy customer! Called to get an appointment yesterday (ceiling was leaking from unit in attic) spoke with Sean. So nice and professional, got me scheduled for the next morning. My slot was from 10-2, Elbert called and showed up by 10:30. He was nice and respectful of my home and very knowledgeable. Walked me through the process of what had happened and what he was going to do to repair it. Also, preventative ways to hopefully never happen again! I had interviewed another company that tried to oversell me and recommended things I did not need (they wanted to rerun the new line completely through the roof and that was not necessary - which I knew from having a similar repair at the last home I owned).
