I have never spoken with her, only the staff member that has taken in my taxes and given me copies of the finalized filings. In fact, they made mistakes on my taxes the first couple of years of new ownership. Recently, I asked to talk to the accountant. She never called, so I went to the business. She was busy, but she did end up calling me later that day. On the phone, she was rude and talked down to me as if I was not knowledgeable. She made it seem as if she did me a favor by calling me.
