None of these photographers had any impressive credentials, and most didn't even have their own studio. Neil was super prompt to answer my messages I wrote to him through the company Facebook page. I had tons of ridiculous questions he was happy to answer. I was truly the client from hell, and even arrived late to my appointment, and Neil was still super friendly, calm and accommodating. My little son is 9 months old and very weary of strangers and their homes, but Neil had him engaged and laughing. We have wonderful pictures. Even my husband admitted it was a great idea to have a portrait session and he loved the results. We had our session the night before thanksgiving, and the prints were ready the following Monday. Had it not been for the Holiday they probably would have been ready even sooner believe it or not. Neil even offered to hand deliver to CD to us! You will get the most bang for your buck with Neil. The photos were of myself, my husband and my dog; some all together and some of the dog and then just us. I just got the photos back, very week turn around time (less than 5 days) and they are lovely, however my one complaint is that Tania gave no direction on posing which for some people that might not be a bad thing. However, I was looking for her to use her photo expertise and pose us in interesting, cute, exciting poses but that didn't happen. It was more less us walking through a very beautiful wooded area and just stopping to stand, sit or whatever. I guess I would have like to know her style before going so I could have been prepared for some poses. Or maybe she was just having an off day and didn't want to work hard, I don't know. Looking back, maybe I should have been more straightforward and asked if she would recommend some poses and/or pose us. Moral of the story, communication!

**SCAMMER ALERT**…read more Until last few weeks she was in hospital sick confirming she will give my money back for the service she couldn't provide because of her sickness and now all of a sudden she says that goes towards a retainer fee. Everything was a lie from the beginning and I fell for it! I paid her upfront without even confirming dates because I was so excited as this was my first time working with a professional photographer. The conversation on when and how the photo session was going to take place was never clear but I still chose to trust. In my case, photographer constantly stated she was sick and couldn't do the session on original set date. She even texted around 2:00am on the week of photo session to notify how sick she was and it is better to reschedule. So in order to avoid risk to a newborn, i had to say we will do next time and waited for this woman to recover and set different dates. However, I never got updated date and time or any other information. Then I asked for a refund, which she ignored at first but later after warning on fraud claim, she stated refund will be issued once she got better with sickness. Refund was never issued and upon several texts and weeks of trying to follow up and get refunded, she today responded saying money went towards retainer fee! My money is being taken as a retainer fee for photographer's personal reasons and now benefit as such fees in my case is not applicable at all. What can I say as i never thought i will get scammed like this. My hard earned money was robbed! All I can do is leave this review and hope that nobody else will be scammed like me. Save your precious moments and money for someone trustworthy even if you've to pay little extra. Please don't trust the prior positive reviews. They might be true back then but not current. AVOID!
