I stumbled upon Thumbtack and found Hambly and Sons. So glad they responded to my request! It was super easy to hire them using Thumbtack and then their office contacted me to schedule the cleaning. They showed up on time, didn't take very long to complete the job and THEY moved the big "stuff" (furniture etc). When they were done the furniture was placed on foam blocks in the same position as before. The two gentlemen that showed up were very friendly and professional, didn't try to sell me on anything. Carpets look amazing and pricing is very reasonable!

David the product mgr. arrived & wouldn't do the job & refused to even give an estimate without going directly through insurance. I called the office afterward & spoke to a woman voicing my frustration & she said, " Well idk what you want me to do about it." I asked politely for (one of) the owners to call me back but they never did. Total waste of time. Due to the delay, I had to rip out all my carpet for fear of mold since it had been just over 48 hrs. Horrible communication, dishonest, obviously they care more about the money than the customer. I NEVER leave bad reviews & leave great reviews often. Totally baffled by a CHRISTIAN family owned organization..? Do better please!
