Reviews looked great. Website looks professional. Signed up was told to get my tax info before April 1, 2023. I got it in on April 3rd. Was given a quick call because I am a new customer and was not comfortable posting my private tax information to a virtual CPA. Was told they would file an extension for going over the April 1, deadline. But after I posted all my paperwork, I never heard back. I asked for 6 days on the website chat and email and nothing. There is a supposed receptionist, but does not pick up. You get voicemail. Worst new customer experience. I'm afraid my sensitive information could be scammed. The "Virtual Review" was a last minute rushed call. No responses with questions for 6 days, but responds to Yelp. read more

On Friday, I was doing my own taxes, and hit a wall over some seemingly incomplete foreclosure statements. I realized I'd need an accountant, and tried not to panic over the fact that the Tuesday deadline meant I had to find someone who was available on either Saturday or Monday. On Saturday at 9 am, I called Kelly and left a voice mail. At 9:30, she returned my call. She hadn't anticipated seeing a client that day, but was going to her office, and offered me a 10:15 appointment. Perfect! She spent 1.5 hours on my returns, did research to ensure she was providing the best possible direction, and even validated her approach with an exceptionally generous bankruptcy attorney who had just finished his karate class upstairs. Kelly provides additional peace of mind by securely managing your data. She saves to a memory stick rather than a computer, and removes bank routing and account numbers before printing returns. As if all of this weren't enough, she charged an incredibly reasonable fee. I could not believe my good fortune to have found a local CPA who saw me on virtually no notice during the weekend before taxes were due, facilitated free advice from a colleague, and was beyond fair in her pricing.
