After I was unable to travel to Greenville for my 5th in-person 18-hour workshop, I was offered the 3-page AI-generated summaries, partially inaudible Zoom recordings, notes, and a link to a TED Talk in place of a refund - for a $325 payment. I also no longer have access to recordings of the sessions I actually attended in person due to the studio's lack of web storage. Prior to this, their 300-hour program that was originally advertised as 18 optional weekends completely changed after I had already paid $3,300. I was told this was in order to allow more students to sign up because they needed a way to pay their teachers. When I communicated my disappointment over multiple topic removals, I was offered, "maybe a dinner one Saturday evening your in town." Additionally, trainings advertised as running 8am-6pm have ended 1-2 hours early on multiple occasions, which doesn't meet Yoga Alliance's required contact hours. If you're considering a significant financial investment here, go in aware that there's no flexibility if plans change on your end, even though flexibility clearly exists when it benefits the studio.

Advanced yogis will get bored but this studeo is a great place to start your journey.
