What started as casual participation turned into silent exclusion, with vague accusations made behind my back, damaging my reputation. I later learned this rumor had spread reaching family and personal contacts -- causing real distress and reputational harm. When I asked respectfully for transparency, I was met with deflection and silence. People deserve to feel safe from gossip and to be treated with dignity, especially in places meant to promote health and well-being. My experience was anything but that. Integrity, inclusion, and respect -- don't make it past the front desk.
