Allyson started by asking what areas to focus on or avoid, any tension, was the goal for more relaxation or relief - all the questions you want to be asked before a massage! Off the bat Allyson was easy to talk to and very personable. I usually enjoy the silence during massages, however, it was nice to chat and we had a great conversation. I learned a lot about cupping, lymphatic massage and drainage, etc. The massage itself was wonderful! Pressure was great (which she asked to ensure it was the correct amount for me), the areas she worked on were all needed and much enjoyed. I think my favorite has to be the head and face - after a night of drinking it felt divine! The hour was up way to fast, as it always is. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and Allyson was phenomenal.
