I've lived in Kelly Highlands for about 3 months now and I love it! Honestly, it was more than what I was looking for but I knew as soon as I toured the apartment that it would be a perfect fit for my family's needs... and then some! It is just the right amount of space for me and my two small children. The apartments are very nice and clean, and very modern. I love the open concept living/dining/kitchen and the private staircase to my attached garage. The complex is kept very clean and the office management is so friendly and attentive. We hardly hear any noise from adjoining apartments. We've had a wonderful experience living here so far and we are looking forward to warmer weather so we can take advantage of the pool! In the meantime, we've loved using the exercise center, and the printers in the business center have come in very handy! I am so pleased with living at Kelly Highlands! read more

I've lived in three apartment complexes in Columbia, and Kelly Highlands is the best place by far. It's well-kept and organized; spacious, but still cozy; the windows let in the perfect amount of natural sunlight; and the kitchen is very nice to cook in. I also oftentimes work from home, and the surrounding area's lack of "distractions" (loud noises, car traffic, foot traffic, etc.) really helps me stay on track. For those wondering, Kelly Highlands is also a good place for pets. I have one cat, and he's a big fan of the large windows. His litter box conveniently fits in the laundry room, and the spaciousness of the apartment gives him more than enough space to roam. Though my cat is small, I'm sure the space can accommodate larger animals like dogs too. read more

I was one of the first residents at Kelly Highlands when it opened more than two years ago. The finishing touches in the apartment are attractive and very nice, from the granite countertops, and crown molding to the built-in desk. My unit is spacious and also has a good layout with a guest room and bath that provides privacy from the master bedroom. The property is well-kept, clean and neat. Did I mention how much I love, love, love my private attached garage? That's one of the things that sold me on Kelly Highlands while I was waiting for the complex to be finished. I have lived in 6 different apartments in Columbia and Kelly Highlands is by far the best one. The staff here is wonderful. They are friendly, provide consistent communication with residents and are extremely professional. I've had a few maintenance issues since moving in 6 months ago and was amazed at the speed they got resolved in. One day I noticed my thermostat wasn't working properly and they had someone over to fix it within the hour! Aside from the great management, the units themselves are beautiful! The appliances are new and work well, the bath tub is huge, and who doesn't love an open concept floor plan? I recommend Kelly Highlands to anyone looking for a new home in Columbia! read more

I moved to Columbia in August of 2017 and was looking for a place to live off-campus with amenities, and was fortunate to find Kelly Highlands! My unit was brand-new when I received the keys and features a washer and dryer and more electrical outlets than I can ever dream of using! My space is bright and roomy and has a spacious balcony. I have been fortunate and needed maintenance only once, but the response was quick and efficient. The pool is one of my favorite spots in the summer, and the office and workout room are also convenient and well-maintained. Kelly Highlands has been a great place for living for me as a working professional. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide timely communication with residents and are very professional. The amenities with the gym, saltwater pool, grill area, walking grounds are wonderful! The 2 times I've had to use maintenance over 8 months, I've been impressed with the speed at which they fixed my concerns, within hours on the same day! The apartment units are beautiful as well. I have lived at Kelly Highlands since my building was opened in 2017. This is truly luxury living at its finest in Columbia, Missouri. The property is always kept up well, and the various floor plans are designed to fit whatever your needs are. The attached garage on my unit is the best ever. No need to worry if I'll ever need an umbrella or an ice scraper! The entire staff is also very down to earth and genuine, and they all know me by name, which only makes it feel more at home. Others in Columbia might advertise luxury living, but Kelly Highlands is most definitely where it's at! read more

Where to begin!?!? The apartment itself... so incredible in size and so luxurious! The staff... I can't say enough how great Amy and Hayley were to work with. They were incredibly warm and welcoming and so attentive if ever I had a question or concern. They are on top of everything! I'm a grad student -- I needed somewhere quiet and peaceful, with space away from campus and proximity to, well, Barnes & Noble. I came from Los Angeles, and the apartment I'm in now would've cost at least $2500 there (it's not even $850/mo here). That said, I know the Highlands may be out of your price range -- it's more expensive than a lot of places in this area. Kelly Highlands is the best apartment complex in Columbia. They did not spare any expense in the building and it shows. From the stainless steel appliances to the wainscoting, every detail makes these apartments worth every penny. Everyone that comes over immediately says this is the nicest complex in town. The facilities are spectacular and the staff is always friendly. During the winter, we have been impressed with the immediate snow plowing and salting to make sure all residents are safe. I loved living here for 3 years. My unit was beautiful and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I still miss the apartment today but I had to relocate. Maintenance work was completed very quickly and staff was always helpful and polite. The complex was quiet and felt safe. The gym was so convenient. Pool was beautiful but I never had time to enjoy it :) Great location with plazas less than a block away. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a short or long term stay. read more

We are medical students at the University of Missouri and have stayed at Kelly Highland for over 2 years and we love it! The property is managed very well by a kind and considerate manager, Amy Gastineau. The apartment has quick response by maintenance staff for any problems. I was one of the first residents to move in to KH when they opened up. I had lived in Kelly Ridge before this. My apartment is stunning, first floor all hardwood, one bedroom corner unit, with a garage. It is quiet, the other residents are respectable. The granite counters, the huge tub, walk in closet... this place is amazing. I have loved living here. The utilities are decent and the amenities are second to none.
