I'm genuinely so disappointed -- this is hands-down the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The woman doing my nails was openly rude, literally calling me names in another language to the girl next to her just because I asked for another coat of polish. My nails were bumpy, and she started painting over them while there was still dust on my hands. When I asked if I could wash my hands first, she acted annoyed. Then she actually grabbed my phone out of my hands while I was adjusting the volume on my AirPods. completely unprofessional. To be honest, I've never had a good experience here. And I'm not the only one -- all of my friends who've gone have been treated badly too. I used to go to Kelly's before I found beauty times, but I got a gift certificate and thought maybe this place deserved another shot. It ended up being even worse than I remembered. Occasionally I stray from my regular nail place bc they are closed on Sundays. I've been here before and had a great experience but today- no. I showed up at 10 to be rudely greeted by who I'm assuming was one of the owners (looking for a fill) who said no we're too busy come back later. I was trying to gather my bearings when he yelled 11! What's your name- do you want an appointment or not!? I said yes and gave my name. When I showed up an hr later the wife commented- oh you came back. The man did my nails in such a rush, i was so uncomfortable the whole time. I wanted to get a pedicure too but hell no. He never had me wash my hands - my nails are already peeling! 52 plus 20 tip - and as I'm walking out he said next time make an appointment. Never again. read more

A subpar nail salon. Nail lady was nice but not that good beyond that. I got tips. The lady decided that we were doing gel before I even had the chance to say what I wanted. She didn't even give me a chance to answer how long I wanted my tips before cutting them. I have been to get my nails done many times and I like a precise nail technician who makes sure every nail is the same. This is not what I got provided. My experience was very rushed. I asked for coffin shape but instead got multiple different shapes and lengths. They also did not bother to provide any nail care like cutting my hangnails or clean up underneath of my nails. read more

I usually get a pedi with regular polish.....my daughter convinced me to do gel polish....10.00 extra......so last time I had a pedi it was 30.00 plus the 10.00......and I was definitely not pleased with the result of the service even though the lady has been doing pedi for me for a long time. My feet were not exfoliated enough and when I spoke to her about it she said to me in so many words if you want more you need to pay more.....geee 30.00 plus 10.00 is already 40.00. This is my go-to nail place in the Springfield area. I've gone to other places but haven't had the experience I have gotten at Kelly's. Appointment or not, they seem to always have someone available to do whatever service you come to get. The staff are super friendly and aren't judgmental of my horrible dancer's feet (lol). I asked for a design for the first time the other day, and the service was quick and my nails came out the way I wanted them to. Prices aren't that bad either. Love, love, love my nails!!!!! They give the best spa pedicure... so much scrubbing on the feet got tons of dead skin off and fixed all of my pesty ingrown nails! French manicure on my toes and French gel on my finger nails both look flawless!!! Yes Enough said! read more

I just want to say that we are still EXTREMELY HAPPY with our experiences at Kelly. They are friendly and they do a great job. And they are still so nice to my daughter. Bonus points!!! My nails came out horrible. My nail tech didn't even ask for the shape I wanted and just assumed I wanted square. And when I asked for him to keep my nails longer he moved the scissors up a little and cut there. They're way too short for my liking and when I asked if they could be shaped differently I was given attitude and told that I should've said something from the start. So i heard both good and bad about this place but i needed me time and just went for it, my nails came out amazing just like a wanted but, the salon it's self wasn't as clean as i would like, they use the same drill and fills on clients with out cleaning, at least spray it with Alcohol. I did not wait long which was great, technician was very friendly, but they literally took off the gel polish, told me go wash my hands and said your done. The last time i had this done (not here) they were filed, and clear coat was applied. $10 dollars and a $2 dollar tip was a waste of money. I would not recommend or go back again. read more

Prior to this I have never been here before - This place is the most disgusting place I have ever seen with the rudest employees and owner - I will NEVER, EVER step foot in this place again!!!! I asked for a regular manicure and the woman was so angry that she wasn't providing a more expensive service that she refused to do it! If I wasn't getting a gel manicure then she refused and told the owner it wasn't worth it for her to "only" do a manicure. I've loved coming here, especially working with Kelly herself. They're honest about wait times, and I would recommend an appointment for anything after 5pm or during the weekends. I've gotten the dip manicures and extensions here, and all but one time loved the outcome. One time (as can happen with extensions), my fingernail came out a bit crooked and though I tried to explain it to the technician, it wasn't rectified. I ended up just filing it on my own to the shape I wanted it to be. They have a fantastic selection of colors, and the place is very clean and sanitary. read more

Definitely won't be going back to Kelly nails again. The nail tech knicked me with the drill & I started bleeding; he didn't say anything. They also don't give you a manicure, its more of a polish change. It's also obvious he was paying no attention, some of my nail doesn't have polish on it. read more

I enjoyed my pedicure but as I was finishing up another technician came by and took the packaging from my techs "sterile" tools placed her tools in it and then went to give a woman a manicure. I moved to Mass about a year and a half ago from RI. For the first 6 months I went back to RI every 2 weeks to my old salon because I couldn't find anyone that came close to my old nail place. Until I came to Kelly's. Amy, Megan and Kelly are the best at what they do. My husband goes to Megan as if he was a female lol. My mom (who lives in R.I.) now ditched her manicurist of over 20 years for Megan also!! I am Amy's biggest cheerleader and after Kelly did my eyebrows no one is allowed to touch them again!
