I did make an appointment ugh for 12 didn't get seated till 12:30, I seen chrome on website the lady said she doesn't do chrome which is false advertising. I ended up have to get regular set with glitter gel polish on tips (didn't have glitter acrylic) in which she was saying usually it's $100 and kept trying to charge more for medium gel with glitter gel polish which is insane . Not to mention the shaping is terrible also cut me on my cuticle the boss is nice tho it's really just the employee's that rush the set so the boss came and said "nail is lumpy" and fixed my whole set. read more

Used to love it there. Not going back now with the new management . I'm not paying for a service that was once enjoyable to sweat. She won't turn the air conditioning on. The poor working conditions for the nail technicians over the summer is unacceptable! If you don't mind the sweat box still go for the technicians. Not their fault! Absolutely do not go!! I went the first time, I loved my nails they did a great job! Went back for a nail fill and holy smokes every nail started lifting the were shaped like a ski hill! I requested an acrylic fill. Which on their website on their website that says for an acrylic fill is $25. Oh, they charged me $50 for a full set a UV acrylic nails which I did not get on top of that she did a mediocre job for a simple fill that I asked for I don't recommend this place to anybody she said the reason why they charge so much was because their rent is really high and there in East Longmeadow. That was her reason I will never go there again. I didn't give her a tip I didn't leave there happy I usually get my nails done somewhere else but they were closed. It was more convenient on a Sunday but I regret it they're already chipping and it's only been 2 days many ladies like me when they go to a Salon they expect to be pampered and it was totally the opposite. In fact one of my nails is already chipping. I got them done on Sunday. It's Tuesday And one of my nails is already chipping. It's like I gave my money away. you go to school for this right you have a license and if it's the first time a customer is coming in wouldn't you try to do the best job so they can come back well they didn't. Went in for a full set of acrylic nails. Halfway through, a regular customer of this person came in and expected her. So the woman rushed my nails. The nails were different lengths. Four days later, two nails broke. I went back to have them fixed. I waited over an hour as they took people who came in after me! Then when they fixed the two nails, instead of putting on two new tips, the woman used gel to make a tip. I asked if it would be strong enough and she said yes. The next day, one broke. She convinced me to do gel polish as well. I have now paid $65 plus tip the first time and a week later $25 plus tip. And I have a broken nail. I've never had this problem with acrylic nails before. I have been coming here a long time. This is a great place for a pedicure and a good place for a manicure. Both the manicure and pedicure have a hot stone massage as part of the service. It is worth the extra $ for the spa pedicure especially if you are someone who is hard on your feet (on your feet for your job, runner, plays sports, etc). The manicures, depending on who is doing it, vary. Some seem to last longer or the massage part last longer then others. The pedicures are always consistently great. You can be a walk in or if there is one person's services you prefer you can call and make an appointment. The employees here are very nice. There is always a movie on their flat screen t.v's. I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure with no appointment and decided that this place might fit the bill. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted, asked what services I wanted, and invited to pick a color. By the time I had picked a color, the technician had magically appeared to take me to a chair. This is a large salon with LOTS of chairs and nail stations. The pedicure stations looked clean and individually packaged new products were opened for each client. It wasn't the most fabulous pedicure that I've ever had, but it was quick (30 minutes) and easy and looked nice. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. I'll be back soon for another. Well I knew it used to be around $30 for a pedi but the guy told me $40. So I paid him $40 plus tip. As I was in the car with my friend I asked her how much the girl told her pay. She said she paid $30. The guy over charged me. Its a little hard to debate it considered I just thought maybe they had changed their prices. I didn't know, they didn't have a price board. I have to compliment this place on its customer service. I am 8 months pregnant and arrived at Red Carpet nails at 7:10pm in hopes to get a mani and pedi before my baby shower the next day. The salon was closing and I had no idea. I was pleasantly surprise when a gentleman by the name of Danny was still willing to provide me with a pedi and mani service. I felt extremely bad and he insisted that it would be okay. He said it would be a gift for the baby and I. I thought that was just the most thoughtful thing considering he probably was tired and ready to be home. Anyway I received a relaxing pedicure and Danny was very pleasant the whole time.
