Paid for a $70 pedicure and did not provide 20 minutes of reflexology with hot stones more like 5 minutes total. I did get a up and down with hot stones on my calf. I requested an acrylic fill. Which on their website on their website that says for an acrylic fill is $25. Oh, they charged me $50 for a full set a UV acrylic nails which I did not get on top of that she did a mediocre job for a simple fill that I asked for I don't recommend this place to anybody she said the reason why they charge so much was because their rent is really high and there in East Longmeadow. That was her reason I will never go there again. I didn't give her a tip I didn't leave there happy I usually get my nails done somewhere else but they were closed. It was more convenient on a Sunday but I regret it they're already chipping and it's only been 2 days many ladies like me when they go to a Salon they expect to be pampered and it was totally the opposite. In fact one of my nails is already chipping. I got them done on Sunday. It's Tuesday And one of my nails is already chipping. It's like I gave my money away. you go to school for this right you have a license and if it's the first time a customer is coming in wouldn't you try to do the best job so they can come back well they didn't. Went in for a full set of acrylic nails. Halfway through, a regular customer of this person came in and expected her. So the woman rushed my nails. The nails were different lengths. Four days later, two nails broke. I went back to have them fixed. I waited over an hour as they took people who came in after me! Then when they fixed the two nails, instead of putting on two new tips, the woman used gel to make a tip. I asked if it would be strong enough and she said yes. The next day, one broke. She convinced me to do gel polish as well. I have now paid $65 plus tip the first time and a week later $25 plus tip. And I have a broken nail. I've never had this problem with acrylic nails before. I am upset to have spent all this money and to get sub par results. read more

I have been coming here a long time. This is a great place for a pedicure and a good place for a manicure. Both the manicure and pedicure have a hot stone massage as part of the service. It is worth the extra $ for the spa pedicure especially if you are someone who is hard on your feet (on your feet for your job, runner, plays sports, etc). The manicures, depending on who is doing it, vary. Some seem to last longer or the massage part last longer then others. The pedicures are always consistently great. You can be a walk in or if there is one person's services you prefer you can call and make an appointment. The employees here are very nice. There is always a movie on their flat screen t.v's. I booked an appointment for 10 girls for manicures and pedicures for my wedding. I called and reconfirmed a week before and I even called the day before just be make sure. When we got there they made us wait 45 minutes and had no explanation. It messed the whole day up making everyone late. Well silly me decided to go back yesterday. I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure with no appointment and decided that this place might fit the bill. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted, asked what services I wanted, and invited to pick a color. By the time I had picked a color, the technician had magically appeared to take me to a chair. This is a large salon with LOTS of chairs and nail stations. The pedicure stations looked clean and individually packaged new products were opened for each client. It wasn't the most fabulous pedicure that I've ever had, but it was quick (30 minutes) and easy and looked nice. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. I'll be back soon for another. I have always gone to red carpet. The girls here are great. I love the hot stones and the massages. But recently I went there and they had taken down their price board. Well I knew it used to be around $30 for a pedi but the guy told me $40. So I paid him $40 plus tip. As I was in the car with my friend I asked her how much the girl told her pay. She said she paid $30. The guy over charged me. Its a little hard to debate it considered I just thought maybe they had changed their prices. I didn't know, they didn't have a price board. I have to compliment this place on its customer service. I am 8 months pregnant and arrived at Red Carpet nails at 7:10pm in hopes to get a mani and pedi before my baby shower the next day. The salon was closing and I had no idea. I was pleasantly surprise when a gentleman by the name of Danny was still willing to provide me with a pedi and mani service. I felt extremely bad and he insisted that it would be okay. He said it would be a gift for the baby and I. I thought that was just the most thoughtful thing considering he probably was tired and ready to be home. Anyway I received a relaxing pedicure and Danny was very pleasant the whole time. I decided not to get the mani since he was nice enough to give me a great pedicure and I had already felt bad. I have to give this place kudos and give them a quick shout out on Yelp. Do NOT get a light color. Long wait. The pedicure was great. Unfortunately the manicure was by a different girl. Now my nails are a splotchy mess that badly needed another coat of the light polish. Big, transparent gaps at the base of each nail where there wasn't enough polish to make the coat consistent with the rest of the nail. And as soon as I got home, first thing I had to do was clean lotion/dirt/etc crap out from under my nails. I spent too much money to have my nails look like a third grader at a slumber party did them. Been in before with better experiences. But be warned, all of their polishes are placed in one small corner, and every single time I've gone in there, an oblivious woman stands picking up and examining dozens of bottles of nail polish, blocking off the entire display from everyone who enters behind her until she has picked one (and she takes her sweet time). While customers' behavior isn't the salon's fault, perhaps it should clue them in that the nail polish display isn't working. Also, price listings aren't terribly clear. Sometimes they give you a cash discount, sometimes they don't, so you never know how much you're gonna end up paying until they ask for it. I'd had good experiences there before, but it's been in a steady decline. After this horrible job, I won't be going back. They've had enough chances and have run out of goodwill. read more

I went yesterday for a pedicure and last night and today I have had trouble walking. They were so rough that my entire heel on both feet is raw, they cut one heel, and infected another crack in my heel. One toe nail is now almost completely gone and had a horrible hang nail hanging off of it. I repeatedly mentioned he was hurting me but that didnt matter. I can barely walk today and am in pain.
