One thing made me give them a 4 star instead of 5. Employers choose how long to pay you through the agency. My company kept me on as temp for 6 mos. (to reduce their fees), that was significantly longer than the 2-3 months I had expected. This delayed my company benefits and pay increase. (Typically you are only paid a small fraction of what the company pays the agency, so I was open to the idea of a lower pay during the temp. process, since the staff assured me (correctly) their actual hiring salary was in my range...). I ended up in a great company with an out-of-state headquarters. The placement process made the hiring process easier for my out -of-state interviewers and gave me access to a wonderful company!

I now owe $14k and have over $3200 in penalties to pay to state and irs. I can attach docs if this is disputed Kristen had counted one of my rental properties income twice! All in all I've had so many problem with the return and pay people to figure out what she did, that it would of been cheaper to pay a reputable accountant $5000!
