One thing made me give them a 4 star instead of 5. Employers choose how long to pay you through the agency. My company kept me on as temp for 6 mos. (to reduce their fees), that was significantly longer than the 2-3 months I had expected. This delayed my company benefits and pay increase. (Typically you are only paid a small fraction of what the company pays the agency, so I was open to the idea of a lower pay during the temp. process, since the staff assured me (correctly) their actual hiring salary was in my range...).
