They stole money via unauthorized deductions from my very last check, I showed them proof of they mistake and they refused to fix it. They also refused to send me a paycard so it took weeks to get paid. Try to research which company they are hiring for and go get hired directly, way better. Tyson is who they hire for in Alexandria KY, Claryville, 2nd and 3rd shifts, get hired directly and avoid the lower wages, stolen wages and weeks of non payments. Get benefits and unions perks asap. I've worked at two different assignments with Kelly Services. While I think the onsite staff is phenomenal, I can't say that I was overly pleased with Kelly as an employer. Positives: Anytime I had a question or concern, the Kelly team was invariably friendly and diligently worked to resolve any problems. My job objectives were clearly defined for me before I accepted the position, so I never felt as if I were tricked into a job that I didn't want (unlike other temporary agencies I've worked for). Negatives: Though I know the benefits would be sub-par at an employment agency, Kelly's were almost cost-prohibitive and were only available for full-time employees. Another problem is that they take money out for insurance before it actually goes into effect, so you have to wait weeks for a refund after you leave a position. Didn't want to help me out at all, way too picky about who they hire, basically ran me out the door not even wanting to give me a chance...I wouldn't even fool with these clowns. There was an entire group of people there and they helped everyone else but when it was my turn to be interviewed the lady was very rude and said they were "booked up" "check back some other time", nope, they just lost a good worker is all I can say. I called Kelly Services the one located in Florence Kentucky, and the woman I spoke with her name was Claudine, and she was extremely rude and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. Miss Claudine should be fired since she obviously doesn't have the people skills required to perform her job. I wasn't impressed with her at all she was not helpful and was very unpleasant to deal with. She should be interested in putting people to work since thats her job. read more
