This staffing firm loves to waste your time before you ever get a paycheck. First, you must spend…read moreabout an hour or so filling out paperwork well before you ever get to have a face to face conversation. Then someone superficially examines your application packet to determine if you need to go through a battery of skill assessments, which are pretty much mandatory if you're seeking an office job. I spent over three hours waiting to meet someone, and when I finally did talk to a scout, the five minute conversation consisted of "We'll give you a call when something comes up." During college, I used CBS to find summer jobs but was never happy with my placements. Horribly mundane office jobs or telemarketing at call centers are the only positions ever recommended to me by the placement workers. I guess CBS focuses more on industrial and manufacturing job services, but this shouldn't force them to take such a gruff approach in dealing with their potential employees.

Also I need a verification of employment and they would not give me any proof in office they insisted I have something sent to corporate & then it would take two weeks for them to even send it back. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for them, worst temp service I've ever been registered with!!!
