I've got text messages telling me the check was sent and they could track it since it wasn't in my mail and then I was told that isn't possible. They told me two different reasons about why my check wasn't able to be deposited. I entered my information for them to be able to make an emergency deposit and then told that can't happen. I have all these text messages with the person in the office. Basically, I'm a mom and have kids and I was waiting for this to get me through and help with bills until my new job pays me, but noone cares and I still don't have a check. I'm sure these people went home and had a paycheck today though. I would never work here again and I would never tell anyone to go here to work. Not one person said anything besides I can't help you.

After I had been working that job for 4 weeks at the quoted wage, Randstad called me and said "oops, we made a mistake and from now on we're going to pay you a lower hourly wage than what we originally quoted." The company I was working for said they had been using Randstad for years at the same price, so they don't know how Randstad made a mistake on the quote. Regardless, the bottom line was that Randstad cut my pay from the agreed-upon price a month into the three month job. Do business with them at your own risk.

When I received my pay check I noticed that I got 20 dollars less than i should have. When calling the staffing place I spoke with a gentlemen who told me that if I quit without a two day notice then I only receive minimum wage of 7.25 an hour but apparently what they don't know is technically minimum wage for Jefferson county is 7.75. Also when signing the papers they never went over the fact that I had to give a two day notice or I would get paid less. This is the worst staffing place I have ever worked for. In three months they generated no leads, no interviews, and certainly no job. However, if you enjoy frustration, disorganization, and a lot of talk with no follow-through and then this is the agency for you.
