I have had ridiculously, and I mean RIDICULOUSLY amazing service with this company. The owner, Ozell, is very organized and a great communicator. The staff who do the cleaning are very thorough, thoughtful, and always open to focusing on one type of task or cleaning area, while still getting things done in a timely and affordable manner. ODELL ROBERTSON called said they would be at my home to clean 9/20/22. He called twice 1st they would come at 2:30pm second time they would be there at 10 am. Called at 10am 9/20/22 said they could not come because of car trouble. Three were coming to clean he said they didn't have vehicles. Said he was a godly man and wanted a second chance. TL;DR Quality services that gives you back time to your busy schedule and they handle complaints well. Service is a team of 4 that take about 1-2 hours depending on home size. There is some point that you realize that you only have time to "straighten up" versus deep clean your home. We decided a couple years ago that our schedules required some help around the house. I tried a few different local companies that had issues, before I decided to try the national Maids chain. I know understand why they are Nationally known. I've been using this company for around 15 months now so that's around 30 cleanings. I'm very satisfied. The couple issues that I have had related to missed spots and a broken shower head were resolved by a next day service or reimbursement. My complaints were handled professionally and quickly. They are flexible to adjust your cleaning frequencies and cleaning service based on your needs at the time. You get reminder calls when they plan to arrive so you can leave them a key or be available. I've had them clean when I was working from home, but mostly I choose to be out of their way and leave them a key. I like the trash taken out, the bed sheets changed, and all door trim scrubbed every time so they make notes in my account and I'm always satisfied with their work. I have used The Maids several times, and each time has been just as good as the first time. They are friendly, courteous and get the job done quickly. They are meticulous and pay attention to detail, and if there is anything you want done differently, they will do it. They clean the floors on hands and knees - very rare anymore!!
