There was NO fire escape. Only 1 way down from 3 floor level !!! When returning to our room later we couldn't get into our room due to issues with the key . 18 mins later a stranger helped us. She did not reply to our calls for help. No curtains on windows only blinds that did not fit windows properly. Difficult sleeping due to bright outside light in the square.
