I was well after their scheduled lunch break I went to the Alley as the signs directed me and waited and rang the bell at least 4 times in 30 minutes and also called on the phone and got no answer. I live in a small town and they are the only Oxygen supply in town. This company is Nation wide and they should be totally ashamed of the way they treat their customers. I have also been waiting for a CPAP machine that was ordered 2 months ago, now beginning my 3rd month. I have Covid induced breathing problems and am getting no help from them !

We are now down to two small oxygen bottles and there is no business in our small community to get more. I'm so desperate I may have to contact our local hospital to see if they'd rent us some. My mother hasn't had someone from Lincare come out since before November. It's just poor management and customer care. So, the boss has someone in the hospital, that's sad and unfortunate. Still, a company operating with only one delivery person for eastern Colorado and western Kansas??? Why wasn't this corrected before the Manager's family got ill? I am disgusted!
