I've been trying to get to Kelly's closet for a couple weeks, I usually find one or two things that I like and that are reasonably priced. Why I was shopping here today, I pulled out a shirt that had a cricket on it, so I wanted to let the people know that I was just gonna step outside and shake it so I could set it free. One of the ladies that works there just grabbed it from me and went into the office and I followed her and asked what she did with it? She said "I threw it in the trash." I said, I told you I was gonna set it free outside, she said "no those are bad for the store." So I put down everything I had picked up to try on, and I won't be back to the store. This is not the kind of person I wanna deal with. They are all God's creatures. She had no right to put it in the trash. read more

I make Kelly's Kloset a mandatory stop when ever I'm in town (from Michigan). I find the staff to be very welcoming and through. The inventory is always being replenished. This is a hidden gem and their longevity (over 32 years) says it ALL!! Definitely worth the shopping experience. read more

CONSIGNORS BEaWARE!!! Information is Important! Kelly is the rudest, uninformative person to her consignors. Her business all about HER, HER PROFIT, NOT caring for her consignors-her reason for existence. First-spilt is 60% HER profit-Consignments in Dallas are 50/50%. FEES, FEES!!...ALL FEES are the Consignors responsibility-credit card 2.75% fee for purchases of YOUR items, add'l undisclosed handling fee each item??, first time admission fee $10, check print/handling fee $6 + processing fee $1, authentication fee checking items as real-$20, early pickup-$20 fee. Its drop off and go-you cannot get any items not accepted back, NO explanation-how do we know where these declines go-or does she just keep for her profit & sale? At end of contract-your items-her property-you cannot pick up. There is NO accountability-no disclosure. Staff has NO availability to your account information/knowledge what has sold or what is left. "Only the Owner" has that information. That is very shady and unscrupulous! Lastly, if you ask too many questions about YOUR account...she fires you. Again Consignors be informed. read more

The first time I wandered into Kelly's Kloset (next to Cafe Medi), I knew I was in a special place. Great selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, bags and other accessories at amazing prices! In addition, the owner, Kelly, and ladies who work there (Debbie, Karen and Leah), treat everyone like family. Every time I'm there (and I'm there a lot), there is laughter! They truly care about their customers. I consign and shop at Kelly's - it is a true gem in our community! And - their Facebook Live sales on Tuesday nights (6:30 pm) are fabulous! I am unable to walk in this store without purchasing something. The items in the store are extremely high-quality but so cheap! They have a one dollar and three dollar rack with lots of cute, in season items. This shop has a unique way of appealing to me as well as my teenage daughter. This is a fabulous shop tucked into a plaza between Highway 26 & Mid Cities Blvd. The owner, Kelly, is very personable and welcoming into her shop. The women's clothing is a mix of new and very gently used. The selection of jewelry all appears to be brand new and very affordably priced. Kelly has done a great job of decorating her shop to look like a fancy boutique. Kelly has done a great job of putting entire outfits together that are not only stylish but affordable!!!
