Perhaps the most unique aspect of this store is the attention the owners have put into curating boutique-style, smaller local brands and labels. I was on a mission for items to fill my Airbnb and boy, did I find a gold mine. There's artwork, decor, clothes, books, you name it, they've got it. I bought kitchenware (knives, never been used waffle maker), a lamp, games, and a gorgeous high-end coffee table. There's a couple of tables that have deep discounts. I found a pair of red leather pumps in my hard find size 5 for two dollars! So with the 30% off senior discount, my shoes were $1.40! Here's the story: American Airlines changed out their uniforms, so they donated all the shoes to the store. The workers, especially Norman the storyteller are involved and energetic. He knows customers by name and gives them suggestions on what is new stock. If you sign up for the email list, you will stay updated on the latest sales and promotions. Well, I haven't received an email yet, but Norman recognizes me and knows my preferences. They even assist you when you buy large items. You can pull to the back of the building and they will help you load it into your vehicle. Whenever you are in the area, check the store out. Why buy full price when you can score a deal at Graceful Buys? Whenever I am in town, I will definitely come back.

The employees are welcoming and happy to help you find what you're looking for. When I visited, the store was 50% off, so I walked away with some great deals. I think the non-sale pricing is fair as well. There was a decent selection of women's clothing and home goods that I spent about an hour sorting through. Like all thrift stores, some of it is junk, but I found lots of great quality pieces. I'll be adding this store to my thrift rotation for sure!

My wife usually comes up here looking for more regularly findable items like jeans, pants, etc. There has always seemed to be various suit jackets and such in the guys section. As with thrifting there is a chance you may not find something every time ... but in the case of the suit items you can get something on the slightly larger size & have it taken in and it still be cheeper than getting it new. They mainly have clothes but there is a shelf of books/movies to the back left corner as you walk in. Staff is nice as well. For sure worth taking a look at.

I was here today shopping and I found 2 items.I went to buy the product. A spanish lady came up…read moreand look at the items. She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. They will say we can't its against our store policy. If That is very wrong and not fair to me.I ask her are u saying I was changing tags. She tells me no and I never said that. I called the store later and ask for my money. She said u can't come back to the store. I am very sick of all of the Race discrimination. It's not my fault she doesn't like black people. I pulled back plastic that was put over the old DVD player to see if it was damaged. Then I looked through it to make sure it had all the card and the remote control.I pull the card out and took it over to plug it in to make sure it works. It came on. I went over and took tape off the old coffee pot so I could tape the card to the old DVD player. So she accused me of stealing.I'm still in the store. I asked her, let me see the video tape. She tells me it's against company policy to let a customer look at it. She tells me I never said u did anything. She only acked disrespectful to me when I called the store. She never acked disrespectful in person with me. People should stop giving Goodwill stuff if their manger going to ack out. She told me I am going to show the police the video. I ask her can I come back to your store and see the video with the police . She tells me no u can't its against company policy. But she keeping to me I never said that u did anything like that on our video. I told her you're accusing me of crime and you refuse to let me see the video. She said , again , I never choose you of anything. My two grandchildren they are mix with Spanish and my sister is also .My sister children are Spanish and White. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them.Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back.The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land.This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race. She told me she hate President Trump and he has taken the Spanish people land in the USA.The mangers at this location she has long curly black hair .Her eye's look kind of green or maybe hazel and she is kind of heavy set .
