They also have a shelf full of vintage photos and postcards. Fun to look through. The next section is dining room sets, a step back in time! Last section is chairs and clearance. And to top it off, the women who worked in the jewelry part of the store found the appropriate chain, jump rings and strung all the crosses. I had assumed that I would get the supplies and spend the afternoon making necklaces. I was wrong, now I can admire the handiwork of others. All the clothes totaled up to $35. Where can you go to get designer clothes for under $10 a piece? In this economy, practically almost nowhere. Plus free alcohol while shopping? You're paying not only for much-desired MCM style here, but a showroom @ the Foundry and also the MoModerne name. Prices are much more reasonable at the estate sales the company manages, though they may sell the greatest of the merchandise here. (I have no knowledge of how it works.) You can find better prices at a few stores around STL and from individuals selling online, but I'll still check out MoModerne when I have the opportunity.
