They arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough cleaning everything from top to bottom. They got stains out of my oven I assumed would be there till the end of time. We have a decent amount of clutter and my one concern was that items would be misplaced or put somewhere I wouldn't be able to find them, but that wasn't an issue at all, they cleaned around our little piles of stuff and even made them easier for me to organize. She was supposed to clean our floors, bathroom, & kitchen (my friend recommended her until the couch ordeal but we had already hired her). She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). When we called her out She swore at my husband over text messages for multiple days on end. If you want a pee smelling kitchen Cozy's is your place! Sad to see a fellow POC business owner damage the community in an area we already struggle in. Do better.
