He had the audacity to charge me for destroying my jeans knowing what he had done. has he not left me waiting for almost an hour to collect the jeans whilst he found a non see through bag I might have been more forgiving. Went down the street to another cleaner (Aaron's) that said she would do the service, but on arrival she said 70 pounds for 24 hr service. No same day was offered. Royal is good for wash, dry and fold on an early Wed morning. Thankfully Royal did such a great job on short notice.

Really doesn't leave much to be desired. Perhaps not tu use these metal clamps to hang up skirts but overall 5 stars.
