My daughter had both a full senior session and a mini…read moresession. Both went fabulous! My daughter is a stickler for details and perfection and Erin didn't miss a thing. The whole experience was designed around my daughter. Erin spent time before the session getting to know here and helping her make clothing choices for the shoot. For the full Session we had makeup done and Erin was there to oversee every detail. The locations she had scouted were fantastic. She caught every hair that was blowing and every wrinkle and fixed them. Nothing was rushed, nothing was time over. From the full shoot to now, my daughter lost weight. Erin designed a mini session to allow her to capture some of the new look as well. We couldn't have been happier. I have to admit to being a true skeptic about the whole Senior pictures idea. Was I wrong. It was worth every dollar!

I chose this florist for my event and was disappointed with the overall experience. While they…read moreaccepted a last-minute order, the arrangements delivered looked significantly different from the inspiration photos and style discussed, and there was no communication beforehand that the requested look could not be achieved or that major substitutions would be made. I was also asked to pay an additional delivery fee the morning of the event that was not included in the original invoice. Most disappointing, I had to spend extra money out of pocket on additional flowers and use my own time to redesign the arrangements myself the day of the event. I also found ants in some of the flowers upon arrival. When I respectfully requested a partial refund, I was only offered a future credit. After declining the credit and asking again for a partial refund, I was blocked. I understand rush orders can have limitations, but professionalism, communication, and accountability should still be a priority. I was extremely respectful I paid the full remaining balance upon delivery including the last minute delivery fee even though I knew I was not happy with the product when it arrived and even questioned why it looked nothing like my inspiration and was told there were no pastel flowers available hard to believe seeing that it's spring... but I still paid
