Came here on the 2nd day that the town has entered Stage 3, which means dine-in was available. The…read morerestaurant was quite empty despite being a Saturday afternoon. Only 1 waitress serving the whole dining area so we had to wait until she appeared after 15 mins upon arrival. Philly Cheese Steak wasn't a bad option, Bread was soft, the BBQ sauce a little sweet but the beef were sliced thinly. Overall tasted a-OK. The pork schnitzel was a little bit of a disappointment. It was a little too thin that what we imagined, and a little small. Some parts were over-fried, giving it a little bitter taste. The veggies on the side were tastier than the main itself though they were over-boiled. Overall, it was definitely cheaper than the GTA, however it will be a first and last kind of thing for me.

Came here for dinner since it's probably the only restaurant in Lindsay that's open after 6pm…read more True story. When we came in there wasn't too many people. They had a good selection of food to choose from and prices are pretty reasonable. Then it went downhill when we had to wait over half an hour for our food to come. I can understand if it was busy but it was pretty dead so I'm not so sure why it took so long to get our food. Their wets naps were totally not wet. When we opened one it was totally dry which makes you wonder how long it's been there. I definitely will not come back here. Wasn't too happy with the service. Food wise it was okay.

I've had their fish and chips in the past, which were meh compared to what I've experienced elsewhere, but that is where I will finish complaining and start complimenting for example the tacos here. They are amazing, as is the poutine, the onion rings, and the Smash burger--I got the Angry Sterling, which is a flavour explosion with delicious toppings. And the drink, the Toronto cocktail, was amazing--a strong enough flavour of whisky with just enough of the liqueurs to make it not sting going down. Oh, and I haven't spoken about the live music yet. There was a guy playing guitar who was taking requests, and--and I'm saying this as a person who isn't too big a fan of acoustic guitar music--was pretty good. His passion alone made me start to bop my head and tap my foot to the music. Oh, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the nice trails, beach, and a historic house in a neighbourhood that reminds me of the bridal path. Up a flight of stairs that can be found on Mill Street in intervals between Pharma Save and Ed Whites (appliances) on the side across from where the Pharma Save is...

I had such high hopes for this place! My husband and I stopped in here for lunch during our day…read moretrip to Lindsay. I wish we hadn't.. It's nothing against the service. The waitress was friendly and nice. However the food was just gross. We ordered the warm spinach dip to start and man that was red flag number 1! First off, it said warm in the name and it was barely warm. It was my first time having cheddar cheese melted directly on top of a spinach dip. The flavor was off and the pita was the only thing warm on the dish. However, we ordered on to the next round of food. My husband ordered the fish tacos and I ordered the steak bites. My husband said the fish taco was "meh" and the strawberries inside the fish taco threw us both off. Who puts strawberries on a fish taco? My steak bites were incredibly sour, like the sauce had gone bad and incredibly sugary. I'm not quite sure what Korean BBQ flavor that was? It was just bad food and to pay $58 dollars for weird tasting food? Eek! Me thinks not is right! FYI: We both got some bad belly later that night. Never again.

The waitress we had was lovely and very personable. The food we got looked and tasted delicious. By far my favourite was the butter chicken Bowl, if you go here I definitely recommend it. Overall, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to a friend or bring a date here.
