I'm glad I had this done as my lot is considerably larger than what the old fence led one to believe. Joe's communication, handled by his wife, was thorough and timely. He arrived on the day we agreed upon and was actually a few hours early. He and his partner (David?) went about surveying the property in a systematic, efficient manner. Very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He marked all the corners and added additional stakes along the lines. Several of my neighbors came over to see what was happening and took one of his card to potentially get their lots surveyed as well. H&B replace 4. this is unacceptable for a $4000 fence!
