What probably should have been a few hour job turned into a half day effort because the original corners- of an irregularly shaped property weren't marked (and some house positioning issues). They found several other property's points to verify/validate their findings on our property and had Terry come out to confirm. What I appreciated most was 1) how much time they took to confirm their readings, 2) them explaining their findings, 3) offering potential solutions and 4) all for the original quote given over the phone prior to them coming to do the work.
