We found RXNT through the internet and thought since they were local, we would have more access and connection to them, i couldn't have been more wrong. First, their customer service from senior management, Jessica, to the support staff, answer message and calls with a complete lack any knowledge of how a EMR or Practice management system works. They have two answers, clear your cache and cookies or it is with our development team. Their turn over in the support staff has to be close to 70%, they can't keep anyone. We have had 100's of tickets in and still average about 25 a week, because their system doesn't work. What i was sold is not what i got. The worst part is the actual performance of the product. It simple just doesn't work, not only is the configure ration and work flows completely inept, but the bandwidth of the product is like dial up. We have a weekly call with them and have for the last two years. it is clear NO ONE understands how a practice works and certainly not how billing works. It takes at least an extra 45% longer to do simple task like send claims and post checks than any other system i have worked in. the only thing they ever do is point the finger at their clients and tell them they are doing something wrong and should adapt to the way their system process. the lack of features in the product are substandard and if you like reporting or more importantly balance or reconciling, good luck. Nothing ties together from report to report. Last but not least, i mention at the beginning the senior leadership. I have worked with Tom Collinson and Jessica Wagner, Tom is simply not in the day to day to really help, but Jessica believes she is. She is the worst communicator and has zero customer service skills. No idea where they found this lady, but they should ask for a refund. If you are looking for a system, steer clear of RXNT, you will spend 10x the price in extra time to operate in it. If i could give them a negative rating i would. Randy and Tom, maybe look up the plethora of tickets we have put in your system to fix it or add common features any other PM or EMR on this planet come equipped with. Not only the stuff they sent to our office didn't work, their customer service is really awful. They don't answer your questions and when they do, they send only videos. I have watched them all and never got their stuff working. They don't call back and if you get a hold of someone, their phone lines are constantly dropping the call. I will definitely pass this on to the other doctor's office and let them know that RXNT is the worse system.

Repeated calls, emails no response until we got an attorney. We viewed their product 2/24/14, signed and returned contract 3/10/14. No response until I called 4/29/14. Salesman was very surprised we had not been contacted.....Received a copy of the signed contract dated 5/1/14(sat somewhere). Calls, certified letters, emails no response. Turned over to attorney and they call to schedule. We asked for our money back due to their poor performance and they refuse

I myself is a hard worker, I appreciate hard work and I like to work with hard workers. I know that to get something done it takes a lot of work. I saw that trait in our Project Manager (Andrey) and knew that it's a good fit. It also helped that Andrey came out to meet us in person in NYC before the project began.
