They seem to look for every loophole imaginable to extract extra money from clients. The office manager is incredibly condescending, and that toxic attitude trickles down to the receptionist team, who are super rude and only seem interested in finding new ways to bill you. Even the doctors are aware of the predatory billing; during my care, I was actually advised by clinical staff not to mention issues to the receptionists, because the front desk would just use it as an excuse to charge me more. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that actually cares about its patients.

I had a permanent metal retainer for 24 years that popped off halfway in my mouth. I called Kragor Orthodontics, and they were able to see me in the same day, remove the broken retainer, and sent me home with a replacement that is in greater quality than the original. I could tell as soon as I walked in that this office is different because of its people. They were accommodating to my needs and have a great blend of professionalism, humor, and kindness. We need more places like this! Their office is very clean, and the interior is welcoming for all ages. I appreciate that their office wasn't drowning in toxic air fresheners or other added fragrances. This is sadly common these days and is disabling for the growing number of us who are chemically sensitive. You know it's a good sign when co-workers have ease of communication with each other and LAUGHTER!!! This is so important. I left the office with a smile on my face. The owners are friendly and intentional. It's clear they care about the community. This has been a hard year for all of us, and I appreciate their efforts to add some light back into the world.
