The office manager is incredibly condescending, and that toxic attitude trickles down to the receptionist team, who are super rude and only seem interested in finding new ways to bill you. Even the doctors are aware of the predatory billing; during my care, I was actually advised by clinical staff not to mention issues to the receptionists, because the front desk would just use it as an excuse to charge me more. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that actually cares about its patients.
