Counselors are great and some of the nurses can be nice, but the medical staff overall is totally incompetent. You are treated as a number in their system, and there is zero care for you as an individual. The counselors will try to make you feel better while the medical staff consistently overrules them and shuts you down at every turn. Phasing up is a joke, you can do everything that is asked of you but you'll be hit with excuse after excuse on why you remain stuck where you started. They have no desire for you to progress through this "program" and move on with your life, they quite literally just want your money for as long as they can get it. Won't mention names but there is a particular "doctor" there that is on a historic power-trip. For no reason at all she'll repeatedly cripple any kind of progress you make and set you back phases, even over false positive drug screens. She refuses to listen to anyone but herself and will go out of her way to override the decisions of other staff, including those from the other doctor there. Once you've made it on her sh*t-list you might as well move on to somewhere else - which is 100% out of your control because she is CYNICAL. All-time worst experience with any type of medical facility and would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the time and stress, and find anywhere else that actually cares about their clients/patients.

I went to a different dentist for a second opinion got a consultation, x-ray, cleaning, and a wisdom tooth pulled, and only paid 100. After asking why I had to pay for consultation after being told it was free and when I asked why they said first they would never tell someone the consultation was free. After that, they changed what they said to "I only had to pay for the consultation because I got an x-ray done." So I wouldn't have been charged if I did not get an x-ray but you still would have given me consultation on a broken tooth without an x-ray. Maybe I need more knowledge on the subject but that does not make sense.

Dr. Reid Lester is unreliable. The staff is unreliable, they don't answer the phone or e-mails or…read morevoice - messages and the scheduler is rude and doesn't answer questions. She called me back after 2-1/2 months, "answering my call." She rescheduled my appointment for 2-1/2 later and then changed it again a day before the appointment for a half hour earlier so I would miss the appointment. Then Dr. Reid fired me in the middle of treating me for my gums after I paid him an enormous amount money for the treatment that he halted.
