If you want to experience new levels of hopelessness, choose this place! It's a complete mess, put nicely. Counselors are great and some of the nurses can be nice, but the medical staff overall is totally incompetent. You are treated as a number in their system, and there is zero care for you as an individual. The counselors will try to make you feel better while the medical staff consistently overrules them and shuts you down at every turn. Phasing up is a joke, you can do everything that is asked of you but you'll be hit with excuse after excuse on why you remain stuck where you started. They have no desire for you to progress through this "program" and move on with your life, they quite literally just want your money for as long as they can get it. Won't mention names but there is a particular "doctor" there that is on a historic power-trip. For no reason at all she'll repeatedly cripple any kind of progress you make and set you back phases, even over false positive drug screens. She refuses to listen to anyone but herself and will go out of her way to override the decisions of other staff, including those from the other doctor there. Once you've made it on her sh*t-list you might as well move on to somewhere else - which is 100% out of your control because she is CYNICAL. All-time worst experience with any type of medical facility and would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the time and stress, and find anywhere else that actually cares about their clients/patients.

Not big on sharing my personal issues but folks need to know where to go to get help! This is one of those places. The counseling and therapy offered is wonderful. I hope to never go thru that process again but if so this is where I'd start.
