But that was okay, the Orthodontist was very nice and so was the front desk person and all of the staff. Answered all my questions clearly and I came out of there knowing exactly how my braces treatment was going to go. I will definitely be returning to get my braces on and I honestly cannot wait! Don't hesitate to check them out for your braces or dental routine. Also, they get pretty booked so make sure to book weeks in advanced or more if anything. That's the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 due to the high demand of patients.

It was a nightmare. They were rude, pushy and insistent that I had 6 cavities and needed excessive expensive dental work. I have never had a cavity in my life, so I thought this was ridiculous. I brought my X-Rays to the Great Expressions on Coral Way for a second opinion. I was able to make an appointment within a weeks time. I was greeted warmly by Sarah, the very friendly receptionist. They took me right back. The office was clean, the restroom was spotless, the parking was free. They did an X-Ray at no charge to verify one particular tooth. The dentist, Dr. Haller, was professional and pleasant. He went to great lengths to give me peace of mind and unsubstantiate the claims of Dr. Sosa at the Dental Center at Baptist. Ofelia was efficient and gentle cleaning my teeth. Ultimately, I left the office with my teeth cleaned and a perfect bill of dental health with zero cavities. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience. I highly recommend this practice and am so glad I found a good dentist in Miami!

Feeling disrespected, I chose to cancel my appointment and exchanged my Groupon for another service elsewhere. If the office does not wish to honor Groupon, here's an idea! Just a few examples: We received letters where we were all promised Free Whitening Kits after scheduling appointments for 2021. So after the appointments were scheduled and completed, the complementary kits were like getting a pot of gold... whereas they stated that they had run out. I called several weeks later and they said that patients had to finish their treatment prior to getting the kits (which they did)! During the last call, they were attempting to charge me bogus copayments trying to extort money and scam my dental insurance. At the end of the day then they told me that the kits were only for adults as they were running out of excuses. Please see the attached description so you can see that I am not making this up. I will never return to this place again because they are complete scammers!!
