The worst Pediatrics dentistry in Miami, or at least one of the top worst... Do not have patience for kids, that old lady has a very bad attitude. Knocked out my son's tooth and he almost swallowed it, he's 6 years old. On top of that, they blamed him.. They should not start their name with "Pediatrics", kids are terrified of this place.. They Over book themselves. Absolutely no privacy during procedures. Office girls are sweet, the DENTISTS are very unprofessional. Will never go there again, they should be SHUT DOWN. read more

So I came across this Dentist/ Orthodontist office online and decided to check it out. I did have an appointment at 5PM and had to wait outside for 15-20 minutes due to more patients in front of me.. they are very popular in this area of Kendall I assume. But that was okay, the Orthodontist was very nice and so was the front desk person and all of the staff. Answered all my questions clearly and I came out of there knowing exactly how my braces treatment was going to go. I will definitely be returning to get my braces on and I honestly cannot wait! Don't hesitate to check them out for your braces or dental routine. Also, they get pretty booked so make sure to book weeks in advanced or more if anything. That's the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 due to the high demand of patients. read more

My children Richard and Sophia have been coming to Pediatric Dental Associates since they were 2 years old. Doctor Marta Ortiz is an amazing dentist, extremely patient and gentle always! Both my children had braces there as well, and we are thrilled with the result. Dr. Hernandez, the Orthodontist, is very knowledgeable and we are so grateful to her for both of my kids beautiful smiles! The whole staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants are wonderful....my kids love them and they have never been afraid to go see them for a cleaning, a cavity or anything else. I visited Dr. Marta Ortiz-Perez's office this past Saturday (yes Saturday ). At first she said hi to me, and I didn't know who she was but I still said hi back. Then her assistant introduced me to her and I was even more surprised that she was kind enough to come out of her way and say hi and welcome us. She was so sweet and kind with me as well as with my kids. I loved the fact that she educated me in alot of dental information and had her front desk personnel give me future appointments right away. We have been to several dental offices and this was by far the best visit we have ever had. Dr. Ortiz is amazing and I am so grateful that she is now our daughter's new dentist. Our daughter was extremely nervous because of previous issues with her extractions. Dr. Ortiz calmed our daughter and gave us great news. The absolute WORST experience I've had with a dentist. Not punctual with their appointments (scheduled for a 9 am and was admitted 40 minutes late). Dental assistant did not believe my kid brother had removed all 4 of his wisdom teeth even though he had held them in his own hands. Had to take an x-ray to prove her wrong. This place felt more like a factory than anything else. I strongly feel that no matter your child's age you should be able to be inside while there getting examined ... the dr did come out and talk to me but she spoke to me sooo fast and in Spanish. I know Spanish but I was born here and feel that I should be spoken to in English first. The exam area is very crowded and chaotic... the lady In the front desk is waaay to loud and kinda annoying. I will bring my child back but I hope they speak to me in English first and explain things slower and better. read more

Terrible experience they don't let you be in there with your child but tell you that you can one in and out as much a you like,I did just that but only once Dr Ortiz said she can't have me and my husband in there so I asked my husband to leave and she stopped the procedure mid way and said to come back another day after I had taken my daughter out of school..my daughter was hysterical I regret even considering this place. They staff feel very fake and have this act like if they are happy go lucky but dam I see right through it this place sucks. read more

Absolutely the worst pediatric dental center. False advertisement as well. I used a coupon found in the weekly newspaper where a complete oral exam is included along with xrays. Took my son to get examined and didn't have everything it said. Six months later my son had a huge cavity and had to get a filling. Very irresponsible and all they care is about the money. read more

This is the WORST PLACE EVER, from the staff to the facility. To start my appointment was at 9:30am and they attended me at 12:00pm, which was exacerbated due to the waiting area being tiny. They have around six dentist chairs in an area smaller than my bedroom. The staff at the front completely fake. They pretend that they are happy and they want to help, but it is all fake. They were talking about money, insurance and the extraction procedure in from of my 6 years old son which made me and my son very uncomfortable. All they care is about the money. All the time waiting and nobody even has the courtesy to apologize for the delay. I was trying to add a review in their official website but I was unable to. This has led me to believe that all the 5 stars reviews that you see are fakes created by staff and families. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! To make it even worse I wasn't the only one complaining about the wait time and overall unpleasant experience. This was my first and my last time there.
