The Mall had a lot of potential. The water feature offers areas to walk. However these areas are…read moredark at night and secluded so it's not as inviting. A lot of restaurants but none are particularly spectacular. The boulangerie attracts a lot of people and it's spacious, but the other restaurants at the Palms are usually emptier. The problem is the entrance and traffic congestion turning into the mall. From 88th it's one lane into the main area of the mall and it's squally backed up at the traffic circle. It's inconvenient and parking becomes a hassle because of the angled store-parking that delays passage to the main parking lot. The planning of this space is terrible and after a few years of this I was hoping they would remedy this situation but nothing has changed. Though there are other entrances off of the avenue, it's inconvenient to get to and no one uses it. Happy there is now a Barnes and noble but again the parking situation is uninviting and I don't see myself going through that hassle to go to the bookstore.

It was until recently the stuff of nostalgia, but now recently renovated back to its original glory! The lovely waterfalls flow again, the restaurants are a mix of local top notch and trendy establishments, the clothiers are aplenty, the gaming establishment is super fun and all inclusive, cool coffee shop Mr Bean, high end beauty salons, plenty of fun treat/ice cream shops, a good true classic department store Macys, fun sports bar, kids rides and play area, luxury gym...and even the movie theater is tops as a luxury cinema again. Parking is plentiful and the garage is FREE! Wifi is available around. What more could you ask for? Now I want to go hang out there again. The Falls is baaaack, baby! Def, Check it out on a free day. It wasn't just about walking around--we were actually engaging with different spots, completing challenges, and discovering places in a whole new way. One of the highlights was getting to sample bites from a variety of restaurants along the way. Bulla Gastrobar definitely stood out with its flavorful Spanish-inspired offerings, and it was a treat getting to try something from their menu in the middle of all the action. We also stopped by GameTime, where the arcade energy added a playful break to the night--games, lights, and a great atmosphere made it hard to leave!

There are some clothing and shoe stores, a Chuck E Cheese, jewelry store, phone repair, salon, and even a farmer's market on Sundays. The parking is fine because they have parking on every side of the building, so you can just park at the easiest entrance. There is also a parking garage and large lot behind the movie theater. While there are a few chain restaurants, I think all of them are overrated, and the one thing lacking in this mall are some better restaurants.

As of Saturday 1/20/2018, they were still remodeling so except a little of a messy shopping center but besides that everything else is working perfectly fine and open.
