There are a lot of parking spaces and I have never had trouble finding a space I have been coming to this plaza in downtown Ft. Lauderdale in the Flagler Village section for years. My daughter had her first sushi here at Sushi-One and I have eaten at Top Round. On this visit I went to the Peach Cobbler Factory. Other businesses include CVS, T Mobile, Ash and Vine, Citibank, a dry cleaner, Angelo's Craveable Italian, and Einstein Bagel. I like the great mix of places to eat. Sometimes I come here to grab a meal rather than fighting the traffic and paying for parking on Las Olas. It's easy to come here after a visit to the Museum of Discovery and Science or History Ft. In addition, some elevators don't stop at every floor and stairwells don't let you access upper floors from the ground floor - for our health and security, upper floors should ALWAYS host a public stairway for vertical access. In addition, while the lobby is lovely, the office areas look harsh and repellent instead of professional and ready to serve clients. Be prepared to be lokey awed - partly due to trying to find your way around and particular design choices that affect how we inhabit & navigate these spaces.

Not having a Starbucks is actually a good thing, so. Local stores is exactly what Wynwood Block has. In fact it's all local in here. If that alone isn't enough to give a 5 star rating, just look at the insane designs and truly unique visuals of this mall. I've never seen anything like it. If more shopping centres looked like this, I'd visit more shopping centres.

Wynwood Block opened recently in Miami (Opened 2014) and takes up a whole city block on 2nd Ave. The block definitely defines their presence by having tons of beautiful creative artwork surrounding the area. The exterior has a raw concrete look, but the inside is colorful and bright, bringing out the liveliness in the area. There's a corridor that direct people from the main strip to the back area where there are tons of tables and chairs that are set up. The Block is set up to where patrons can walk and eat while they shop. I came here while visiting the Wynwood area and couldn't help but fall in love with the artwork and the beauty of this place! I found cute jewelry and clothing shops inside. There are furniture and coffee shops located inside as well. However, there is no Starbucks, so don't come here hoping to find local stores. This place stands out by offering patrons something they can't find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend stopping in here when in the area. This place is definitely one of my favorite places within the area, besides the Wynwood Wall!

Really personable managers Carlos and Willie are making sure the mall is now well kept as far as trash, there's a nice lady in a golf cart with oversize tweezers picking up stuff, nice. ...but don't go on weekends, there's an out of control crowd that rent big party boats, mostly black people for some reason and they come back totally trashed and really misbehave, hey, have to call it like it is! Diners sat at Duffys and other restaurants are exposed to the very worst of drunken behavior by those who are shouting loud for equality, as my Dominican (black) friend remarked as we experienced the worst of food at Duffys, "woah, that's not a good look for our cause''! The Duffys white middle-aged burger eaters are not the type to forgive their already ingrained stereotype and the shitfaced crowd disembarking are just what they want to cement their discriminatory thoughts. Admittedly they are mostly out of town tourists having a good time and don't give a shit how they are being perceived, shame really, all I ask is don't chuck your Hennessy bottles in the mangroves, its so hard to get them out of the tangled roots), oh and just because every other word in a song nowadays is ''fucking'' it doesn't mean you have to repeat them.
