We were traveling through the area when a tire shredded on our boat trailer. I called Conrad's to…read moresee if they had a replacement tire. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I'd buy all my tires from them!

Thankfully, we had purchased the road hazard warranty--but since she was closer to Houston, there wasn't a service center nearby. I called and spoke with Clayton, and he, along with his manager, went above and beyond to make this situation stress-free. They immediately arranged for a shop just outside of Houston to take care of everything and covered the cost directly. They were not only professional but genuinely kind about it. This level of service is rare these days and speaks volumes about how they treat their customers. My father-in-law originally purchased the tires, and now we've all seen firsthand that Gills Point S truly understands customer service. If you're in the Midland, TX area, I highly recommend them. My 80 year old grandmother had her car worked on last week. The very next day all the lights on the…read moredash came on and it was making awful sounds. She did take it back, she was told nothing he worked on was the reason. 2 days later the whole tire fell off because they did not even fix the strut correctly and had broke a bracket in half and didn't even put certain things back on I believe the new ships said some nut or bolt that connects the axle to the tire(not 100% sure on that). This place refused a refund and said the work they done was not the problem. The new shop had to completely replace the strut this place "fixed" and replace other parts that Midland Tire damaged. They put my grandmothers life at risk and of course charged her a fortune and won't take any responsibility for it. Stay clear of this place.
