They can order your parts, and if they do...they call around for the best prices! They can be busy at times so scheduled appointments are best. I had a tire with a screw stuck in it, it was stuck into the thick tread part on the outer, I called and visited at least 3-4 other places that denied wanting to repair my tire because they stated "it's too close to the sidewall", and they all wanted me to buy a new tire. But NOT Wilson's! They had one of their Tire guys come out take a look, removed the screw, patched up the wheel and my tire has been perfect for months now with no problems! They saved me over $100 since I didn't have to get the tire replaced and it was a fairly new tire. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will only use them for all of my automotive needs. No need to go to a place that overcharges for "reputation". I can only hope Wilson's gets more business and recognition for their honest, quality work!

Towing is about the only thing he has going for his business. His guys working for him are great guys and so are the mechanics who can put up with his shady behavior and don't care about their reputations being destroyed. His ASE certified mechanics have left his shop to save their names in a small town like Mt. Orab where you are only as good as your word. After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality. Lastly, there is a complete lack of professionalism in there front office and with management.

The main issues were quality of work and customer service. Quality of Work: Several items from my insurance claim were missed during the initial repair, and even after the repairs were done in stages, I experienced recurring issues (e.g., electronics malfunctioning) only after driving the car off the lot. Customer Service: Communication was poor, with a lack of clarity on timing expectations for a replacement for a faulty part included in the original fix. Despite the shop eventually accommodating me once the part arrived (something I only learned by calling them myself), I faced further frustration when issues continued after the repair, when I drove off the lot. When I suggested they test cars in motion to avoid rework, I was dismissed as not being an "expert" and told to sit and wait, which I did for an additional hour, while this new issue was being fixed. Additionally, my car was always returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. In short, if you're considering Wood's Collision, proceed with caution. Document everything and be prepared for poor communication and potential rework. I could have just had bad luck, but felt the need to share my experience with others.
