The space mirrored its hosts- as soon as you walk in you feel welcome in the fun cheerfully appointed lobby- lots of color and eye catching fun decor (including a 2 story slide!) the overall effect is so unique - open and bright with plenty of inviting seating in the shared spaces but without feeling cavernous . The training room was bright , comfortable and exceedingly clean. There are also private offices of various sizes available- such a great concept! When I requested a downgrade 9 months later, they refused, and are now threatening legal action to get me to continue to pay a monthly service fee at the higher level. Attached is the email they sent me, which they are ignoring. They even tried to pull the funds out of my bank account via ACH, after I had revoked their permission to do so, but thankfully my bank has blocked them.

Now that I have had to pay for evictions and past rent is in collections, I am only entitled to 50 percent of what actually owed me. They have family members complete unnecessary maintenance under the guides of a legitimate company and overcharge for the "service" that can't be proved if anything was completed. When the property management company owner has properties, there is a huge conflict of interest, and your best interest is not high on their list. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
