I let her know my doctor faxed them directly, confirmed the fax number and she stayed silent. I asked her if she could call my doctors office, if it was an error on their end and she "sure we'll take care of that. Anything else I can help you with?" To which I asked her how are you going to contact them if you don't know who they are? "Give me the phone number." I let her know that I did not appreciate that attitude and rudeness that was occurring and that this must be why there are so many negative reviews. I did disconnect the call at this time. Later I received an email that I had a new "after visit summary" where Dawn proceeded to slander me in notes on my file. I don't have any experience with the doctor herself, but the staff needs some serious customer service training. Such a poor initial reaction.

Brief visit in February, scheduled my annual physical for the following year, with the Doctor as I was told "all annuals must be done by the Doctor". Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!

I think every doctor or PA that I have seen has been great and they never push anything. They are very collaborative with me when I go in for an emergency or just a check up. I like this office because it is very modern and clean. It feels like an upscale experience when you walk in and that's great as a patient. Not waiting two days, then having to call the office AGAIN to speak with someone and explain that you did indeed leave numerous voicemails for a return call, yet after two days of waiting, you are now looking like it's your first call..
