They disbursed all the funds on those wrong numbers, then came back after closing demanding we personally cut a $17,730 check to cover their error. When we pointed out the mistake was theirs, they admitted the omission, apologized, and still refused to make it right. If you're trusting this firm to get the numbers right and protect your money at the closing table, think twice.
