I had an emergency because a crown I had done at another practice a few years ago broke. That crown never felt right anyway. I usually arrive one minute before the appointment time and I'm in the chair in less than five minutes. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and Dr. Britt does great work - both in terms of actual procedures but also providing longer term advice. For instance, he recommended that we pre-emptively pull two of my sons baby teeth to allow the permanent teeth to come in straighter and reduce the odds of needing braces later.
