I always have a positive experience at Kennett Copies and More. All the people who work they are fantastic - knowledgeable and personable. Easy parking. Good location for the Kennett area. No congestion like you'd fine in a town center. I usually go in for copies, ink, paper, tape - normal stationary. They do an excellent job of laminating. The gift card selection is very appealing. Been going for ten years. Typical service from the older ladies there is NOT good. Again, this isn't , "hey, maybe I caught them on a bad day". This is a decades worth of service opportunities that were below average. By contrast, I have indeed seen them treat other people very nice and go above and beyond...the last time I was there I witnessed that, and I just laughed to myself, because I'm ten years in on this business and have NEVER been treated so nicely and friendly. I'll rate my experience(s) one star but if it was a way to rate lower I surely would. Nothing I've experienced there over the years would make me recommend them to anyone. If you need art supplies or want to take a class you should definitely stop in to check them out. I am taking a beginners watercolor class and loving it. What is even better when I am finished my class I don't need to go drive anywhere else to get my supplies. And the teacher is more than happy to help you get the correct products you need. They are very helpful. I heard about Kennett Copy and More from another Art teacher from another venue and I am so happy I did. They make great copies too. read more

What a nice store. Friendly staff and for a small copy center they have a great selection of art and office supplies. They do fast and professional print jobs and really know how to use the printers well. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Not only were the staff all polite and friendly, but the business was well staffed. I think there were 4 employees total. The parking lot could not be more confusing thanks to the one way roads, so drive carefully. read more

I went into this place and was pleasantly surprised to find the same owner as before, when this shop used to be Rubinsteins. She has kept it focused mostly on art and print needs. I bought a few micron pens from her and we chatted about what she plans on bringing to the store in the future. She is very attentive to her customers needs and encourages recommendations. I will definitely be coming here more often in the future. read more

Thank you, Kathy M, for that information in your review as I am having the same issue. They contacted MY COMPANY for their services and asked me to send a "Sample" list so they could show us how their prices are better. What they failed to mention was we would only get the prices for the items off the "Sample" list I sent. So, I asked how they could save us money and they advised me to send them a COMPLETE list of our supplies. When I did so, they responded in less than 5 minutes saying the company we are using now has better prices, I should contact them when we don't use that company anymore. And this email came from Marc Rubinstein himself!! read more

The ladies here are friendly, helpful and were super quick with my print job even though it was the mushroom festival and they were super busy! They have demonstrations from artists and vendors and fun events. They always help me get what I need (art supplies) and have even ordered things specifically for me when out of stock. I'm in here at least once a month. They're my go to shop for acrylic paint and odds and ends for art supplies! I highly recommend them. read more

Rubenstein's Office Supplies guarantees to beat competitiors' prices. They fail to explain you must buy ALL your office supplies from them, not just the least expensive items they offer. The cases of copier paper I received (do not know delivery service) DROPPED the cases so corners of paper are creased. read more

High pressure sales calls. I accepted an email, although I previously explained we are not looking for additional suppliers. Today, I accepted a follow-up call from Greg Wolf, who hung up the line after I explained I have other important projects to focus on and I do not have an interest in sending a list of our frequently ordered items. Representative Greg Wolf called from 610-696-1150 and stated Rubinstein's has 2 distribution centers in Austin, TX. Online searches do not show any Rubinstein centers or businesses in or near Austin, TX. Sales should accept "not interested" as a complete statement with no need to explain further. read more
