Three stars or 4? Yes, going with 4. I was hoping for more mushroom info, you know, growing and…read moreharvesting. It's multiple city blocks of vendors selling their wares. Being a senior, I love more experiences over chotskies. Yes, rock mushrooms and holloween/holiday decorations are fun, but would rather have more mushroom info. And yes, I splurged on a plush mushroom that sits on a shelf. Mea culpa! The bands were good, the mushroom eating contest was quite entertaining and we lucked out on the weather. The mushroom dishes that were available were delish, but could have had more available. All that being said, it's a great way to enjoy a fall day in a lovely new city. Winner of the eating contest won a $300 prize, bragging rights and a trophy. Parking in peripheral lots was more affordable than in-town parking ($5 as opposed to $20). If you like shopping for stuff and home improvement booths, go and enjoy!

Flimsy cardboard "cans" were too few, too far apart and did not work in the rain, leading to fair goers piling their leftover soup, drinks, etc on top of the traditional cans. Within an hour there were towers of garbage falling onto the street, vendor's displays, and ended up being tracked into stores. Not a good look for Kennett Square! Here's hoping the planners learn from their experience.

We were in town to visit Longwood Gardens and wanted to get lunch before heading there. We came…read moreacross this place and I have to say I'm very happy we did. The place had a nice ambiance for a town center bar/restaurant and wasn't too loud. We were seated fairly quickly and received great service. I ordered the OMG Burger and the Cream of Chesapeake soup. The burger was delicious! It has a fig jam on it that just bursts with flavor

*Indoor Dining Review*…read more We came here for brunch and wasn't expecting anything special, but we were all pleasantly surprised with the restaurant overall, food and service. Restaurant: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 ~Restaurant~ Just walking in the first impression is this place has a lot of history, the first floor looks like a typical bar/restaurant type setup, with a ton of wall arts. There's also an option to sit upstairs with semi-open air (Can be close using garage doors..yes garage doors), which we chose since it was a really nice day. Everything's clean apart from the sticky tables. ...Also the check they give you at the end is in a book (Shown in the picture). Love the idea. ~Service~ Our waitress is very friendly, attentive and helpful. No complains here. ~Food~ What we order: -Breakfast Burrito (Delicious) -Crab Skillet (Very Delicious, highly recommended) -Crab Toast Breakfast (Delicious) -Smokehouse Skillet (Delicious) Overall all of the food we ordered are cooked nicely and seasoned, and the portion is just perfect. I was a little worry with the price of crab dishes (being a bit low to me) that we would get either intimidation crab or not enough if it is real crab. The crabs are real and plentiful. I was just telling my girlfriend how good the food is, and that we should go back for brunch again soon. Since there are a lot of other stores we can walk around and visit afterwards. I look forward to going back again.
