DO NOT GO HERE TO PRINT YOUR SHIRTS. They are scammers and know exactly what they're doing. They send you a digital "mock up" photo, however, it will not match what they actually print out on your item. When you go to pick up your prints, you will be very disappointed that they look nothing like the mock-up. They will not work with you to try and fix their mistake, because they only care about money, NOT their customer's happiness. We had a terrible print job done on our shirts, and they wouldn't even offer a refund OR a reduced amount on the print job we paid for. Very rude, poor customer service, and clearly, very bad at what they do. Do not recommend to ANYONE. read more

Do not do business with this company!!! I purchased over $700 worth of merchandise from this company for a music festival. Which means in addition to that I paid for a booth, people to run the booth and supplies for the two days they would be there. When I started unpacking the shirts I realized quite a few of them were off center so I just decided to remove them from the stack and deal with it later. No more than 15 mins after laying the shirts out GAP style on the table they began to CHANGE COLOR?! revealing a dingy yellow. ALL OF THE SHIRTS WERE DAMAGED. I had to remove every single shirt from the table and the whole event was a bust. The only saving grace was that I did not sell one of them to the general public. When I contacted them for a refund their response to me was that the shirts should not be exposed to direct sunlight. WTF?! Actually responded that way to me in writing. Apparently exposure to sun revealed their shoddy work. They actually had the audacity to tell me to drop the shirts off for them to look at, at their convenience. Seriously?! Insult my intelligence by requesting I drop off the only proof I have of your incompetence? I think not. They have been dodging me and refuse to return my money. I've had to go so far as to file a complaint in small claims court. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. It is not everyone in the establishment, but the effort and energy to get done what the client is asking for on a scale of 1-10 is a 0. Customer service is always key. You can have quality work displayed in the shop but if you don't establish a good relationship with your client also from the jump, that says enough. This was the most unprofessional service I've had with any business of any category. The customer service is hilariously bad. If you're interested in seeing a case study of how not to treat customers, purchase from this guy. The owner runs multiple businesses in the area and is simply spreading himself thin. Probably the worst experience I've had at any business while growing my brand. When I first walked in I was met with mediocre customer service from the woman at the front desk but that was benign compared to the service given to me by Kenny, the owner. After going through my shirts to identify defects, I brought them to his attention. He was overly aggressive and telling me that "it happens and they're is nothing I can do about it." He used his discretion to order shirts that weren't the brand I chose and one of my prints came out looking like the printer needed toner. He refused to fix the issue and told me that they were only a few shirts out of the 66 that I ordered. The ones that were made looked great. But I was missing 11 that I didn't notice because he was arguing with me for almost 20 minutes about other shirts. I returned to address the other issues when they opened back up and he again refused to fix the issue stating that 'I am only 1 out of 100 of his customers and he doesn't want to work with someone who isn't lenient to something so small'. I tried to make him empathize with me as I'm trying to grow a business but he made it abundantly clear that he couldn't have cared less. Now I'm shorted $187 out of my merchandise. I was in the market for a large order of personalized merchandise for the company I work for. I couldn't find anything on the internet and was very discouraged. I finally came across Kenny T's website and was just shocked at the fact that I was able to find every single item I was looking for plus more. I went back and forth through numerous emails on working out the fine print details. The customer service was just amazing and my responses were handled in a timely manner. I also needed my order before Christmas and was pushing on my time limit. Kenny assured me he would hav it ready in time and he did. The quality and the merchandise itself is beyond impressive. Completely messed up my order! Refused to give a refund! We started the process like normal. They sent a proof that looked good and I approved, but the colors that they actually screen printed on the shirts were completely different than the proof they sent. They ruined the high quality and frankly expensive shirts I brought in to be printed on. They tried to feed me some BS about the colors drying differently but clearly the colors were wrong. Kenny agreed to give a full refund. They had issues refunding me the money through their payment system. We were back and forth with them for two weeks trying to get them to refund the $321 I spent. At this point I STILL haven't gotten my money back and Kenny refuses to give a cash refund claiming that his system said the payment processed but he provided no proof that the refund actually processed (obviously, because it did not). They have been completely apathetic to fix their mistake and refund my money, to the point of saying "theres nothing more they can do" and refusing to actually give me a cash refund. Placed an order for three shirts. Out of the three shirts I placed... only one was correct. The other two with the same exact design were unaligned and done poorly. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I ordered 25 screen prints form Kenny Ts on shirts that I provided. The normal process ensued and when I got the notification that it was done and went to pick up the shirts, I found that they printed a color that was supposed to be tan an ugly yellow color. They ruined the expensive premium quality AS Colour shirts that I brought in to be printed. When I addressed it, Kenny tried explaining some nonsense about the ink drying yellow because of some post printing process. I told him that I needed a full refund, after some back and forth, he agreed and told me that he needed the 4 digits of the card I paid with so that he could send me a refund authorization email (Oook?). Three days later, no email. So I called and then they explained that I actually had to come in so they could refund it to the card or in cash. Frustrated, I came in. Once I got in, a girl at the desk and another employee 'tried' to give me a refund using the card with some hand held machine, and it did not work. According to their system, the employees were not authorized' to issue refunds. So I asked for the cash refund option, but she proceeded to inform me that nobody but Kenny had authorization to issue cash refunds, and that he had left for the day and I would have to come back the following Monday. At this point i'm extremely agitated, but I keep calm and return 4 days later. When I get in, Kenny tried to issue the refund via the card machine machine again. It doesn't work. He suggests using a different card so we tried two different cards. neither work. So I opt for a cash refund, but Kenny says 'we don't have any cash because we just opened...' So I sit there for 30 minutes while he calls his system's tech support to figure out why I'm not getting a refund. Somehow, according to him it miraculously works and he prints me an odd looking receipt on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of printer paper that says REFUND $320.82 but doesn't say anywhere that a refund was actually processes. He says it will take 5-7 business days. At this point it has been over that amount of time and my bank claims that there is no refund pending whatsoever. So I called Kenny T's about this and was told that Kenny is 'unavailable' at the moment. Then later I get an email claiming they gave me a refund and that they still have no cash and they refuse to do anything else. So to recap, they ruined shirts I pad well over $300 for, misprinted my $320 order and still haven't refunded my money! read more

Unprofessional. I did not get what i paid for. They did not have the shirts ready on time and tried to replace one of the shirts with a different shirt. Also, the print quality was bad. I followed up with them twice and they did not let me know one of the shirts was not ready until the day i came to pick up the shirts. I will post pictures of the low quality print job. read more

Bad customer service! Won't be returning! My company has placed 2 orders with them within the last 2 months and they have been successful at messing up something both times! On another occasion their machine broke down, couldn't complete orders on time but did not offer not one incentive for the inconvenience caused to customers! Very unprofessional! read more

After doing over $1,000.00 in business in our first order with Kenny's Tees, with "only a few mistakes" (which those messed up items... WERE SOLD TO US!... at a discounted price), we gave them a second chance and made a second order bringing us to nearly $2,000.00 with Kenny's Tees, I regret following the advice to give them a second chance. After receiving 4 items out of 20 incorrect this business was not willing to work with us to correct the order!!!! We were willing to let all but one item slide but only if they would admit their mistake, which they would not. We hoped they valued our business enough to at least acknowledged they had made a mistake and offer a solution to the issue but we were met with a combative laborer and an even more combative owner! As a small business owner myself, I can understand clients who can have unrealistic expectations but IF I AM SEND AN "Approval Form" THAT IS AGREED ON BY BOTH PARTIES WHAT ELSE SHOULD I EXPECT OTHER THAN WHAT WE BOTH AGREE ON?!?! Needless to say, we did not receive what was on the approval form. So that i don't come across as someone with more shout than proof... Don't do business with this company. Very unprofessional, lacks accountability and provides poor customer service. Messed up my order the first time, told him that I would give his business a second chance because I don't believe in canceling black businesses off after one mistake. Messed up my order again, instead of apologizing for not meeting the production deadline, attempted to blame me for not providing information he needed from me to do his job. He never communicated that he needed that, and I wasn't aware that it needed to be provided since I was providing my own shirts. At no point did anyone attempt to contact me, to provide the additional information he needed to complete the job. I didn't specify which of my shirts were men or women's on the job sheet. His excuse was I listed it before, so why not this time. The clear difference was because he was providing the shirts the last time, so it made sense for me to specify which is which. This time I provided my own shirts and wasn't told that it's what he still needed. He claims to be in business for 20 plus years, I figured he know the difference between a men's and women's shirt.
