Do not do business with this company!!! I purchased over $700 worth of merchandise from this company for a music festival. Which means in addition to that I paid for a booth, people to run the booth and supplies for the two days they would be there. When I started unpacking the shirts I realized quite a few of them were off center so I just decided to remove them from the stack and deal with it later. No more than 15 mins after laying the shirts out GAP style on the table they began to CHANGE COLOR?! revealing a dingy yellow. ALL OF THE SHIRTS WERE DAMAGED. I had to remove every single shirt from the table and the whole event was a bust. The only saving grace was that I did not sell one of them to the general public. When I contacted them for a refund their response to me was that the shirts should not be exposed to direct sunlight. WTF?! Actually responded that way to me in writing. Apparently exposure to sun revealed their shoddy work. They actually had the audacity to tell me to drop the shirts off for them to look at, at their convenience. Seriously?! Insult my intelligence by requesting I drop off the only proof I have of your incompetence? I think not. They have been dodging me and refuse to return my money. I've had to go so far as to file a complaint in small claims court.

A comparison of two of the same shirts. The one on the right looks horrible and I won't be able to sell it at all.

Probably the worst experience I've had at any business while growing my brand. When I first walked in I was met with mediocre customer service from the woman at the front desk but that was benign compared to the service given to me by Kenny, the owner. After going through my shirts to identify defects, I brought them to his attention. He was overly aggressive and telling me that "it happens and they're is nothing I can do about it." He used his discretion to order shirts that weren't the brand I chose and one of my prints came out looking like the printer needed toner. He refused to fix the issue and told me that they were only a few shirts out of the 66 that I ordered. The ones that were made looked great. But I was missing 11 that I didn't notice because he was arguing with me for almost 20 minutes about other shirts. I returned to address the other issues when they opened back up and he again refused to fix the issue stating that 'I am only 1 out of 100 of his customers and he doesn't want to work with someone who isn't lenient to something so small'. I tried to make him empathize with me as I'm trying to grow a business but he made it abundantly clear that he couldn't have cared less. Now I'm shorted $187 out of my merchandise. I'd rate 0 if I could.

Kenny did a fantastic job embroidering shirts and Jackets for us. The price was right and the service great. I will definitely use him again.

See bad print job from Kenny T's on the left.

Terrible Service!! 4 out of 12 hats were damaged and they were very nonchalant about the entire situation. Do not patronize this business.

I did business with this location in 2019. I was overall pleased with the work. I recently went…read moreback to have additional work done. I found the quality, accuracy & professionalism have changed significantly. After visiting the store & proofing the online order the color was much different when I picked it up. The owner Melissa & another lady with a heavy accent said the pixels on my phone were the reason the picture looked different on the proof. But I was not expecting such a drastic difference. The off-orange color I selected, was a bronze color when I picked it up. The owner, Melissa was no help. She was abrasive, condescending & arrogant about the order. With a lecturing & No-it-all attitude. Not a great place to do business.

This is the worst company that I've ever done business with since I opened my business in January…read more2020. I purchased 2 outdoor building signs for my dance studio from this company for 10,000. The signs were installed on Monday, May 11, 2020. There was a wind storm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 (less than 6 months of installation, picture attached showing the sign partially ripped from the building resembling a sheet of paper), which caused my sign that faces the parking lot to be partially ripped from the building. All the other signs in the business park were still intact. Prior to purchasing the signs, I was told by the representative, Tyler Edema, from FastSigns that FastSigns installed most of the signs in the shopping plaza. I noticed that the other signs in the plaza appeared to be very durable and did not have any damages. I immediately contacted the owner, Melissa Wilson from FastSigns and notified her of the damages and she told me that they would send me a quote, so that I can pay for the damages. I explained that it hasn't even been 6 months. I had to go through a stressful back and forth with FastSigns to even get them to send someone out to take a look at my sign. On Tuesday March 1, 2022, my sign that faces the street, I noticed that it started to unravel and fade (2nd picture attached). I notified FastSigns and they told me that my logo was too small and thin and they had to use certain materials and this is why it's unraveling and the fading is due to sun damage. I explained that I was not informed of any of this prior to the purchase/installation of the signs. They told me, once again, that they would send me a quote. FastSigns makes outdoor signs, which means they knew that, at some point, both signs would be exposed to possible weather conditions, such as wind, rain, snow, hail and sun. FastSigns refuses, once again to even come out and take a look at the sign. This is not proper way to treat a customer. I spoke with two other sign companies in the area and they both came out and surveyed the damages to my signs. Both companies concluded that the vinyl that was used to make my signs were below standard vinyl materials. They explained that the vinyl that a more durable vinyl that last about 6-8 years was supposed to be used to make my signs. I still have not heard anything from FastSigns since, I sent the last email on 3-10-2022
