They acknowledged the red is from their press, proceeded to tell me they have quality control which clearly, they do not and then said it would be too expensive to reprint. Her suggestion to me was to tell my daughter that it is on her back and that she doesn't see it and that it "adds character". Unfortunately the character of how they do business is what was reflected. I would not recommend them for lack of quality control and their response to the situation, it was a laugh of a joke to her.
