All the staff wanted to do was "play Tetra" with our boxes. We are worried that the way boxes were stacked were irregardless what was in them, and that heavy boxes will crush those marked "Fragile." We'll see how much is brokedn when we'll arrive. The "logistics" office makes no sense. They have a "three-hour minimum" service policy for Moncton, even when a job is taking far less time. Oh, and when you are located outside of Moncton, they will increase the number of hours to 4 hours, even though the work takes 2 hours and 32 minutes including travel. I would never hire them again. The "1-star" is not even deserved but this review program required that at least 1 star is ticked off.

These movers were an hour late, outside of the truck, and inside of the truck was filthy. I didn't know just how dirty the inside was until I saw all this brownish reddish dirt all over my furniture. All my furniture and boxes were dirty and all had to be wiped down, I had to scrub the dirt off of my beds and sofa. They scratched my dining room table and chairs in several places, brand new set. In addition, they scratch the walls in the Home I moved into. I told the office of my experience and all they were interested in was a critique on the movers and which one was worse. They didn't offer me any kind of discount. This is a terrible company and anybody I know who is considering them I will warn them big time. This was the Moncton, NB business, not Toronto.

I was told when I put a deposit down that I had first right of refusal and would be given the opportunity to "jump in or out" if someone else made an offer. I was NEVER given that chance. I wouldn't trust this location's management to be honest with you about what making a deposit on a vehicle means. They don't honor their own policies at the end of the day, even if the salesman you're working with attempts to do all they can to help you. Management is clearly has zero integrity and I would not recommend purchasing or putting money down a vehicle. You'll just end up disappointed.

The store called me Friday (day before my appointment) to book an exact time. At 8am on Saturday I got a call stating that they don't have an installer working weekends, they then offered solutions which were extremely inconvenient before I decided to tell them to ship the parts to me. The manager then called me later that day stating he would ship them on the bus and "do me a favour" and only charge me $20 instead of the regular rate. I then said, no, this was not my mistake, you should cover the charge, to which he complained that he would have to cover it out of his own pocket. I cancelled the whole order, this was a huge inconvenience and unprofessional service, we move in less than a month and now we have to find another installer. If I could give this location a 0 star I would.
