When I got to the cash, I put the hoe next to it and put my receipt on the cash table. The clerk didn't look at me and scanned the hoe scan bar and told me it was 29$ something. I then told him it was for return, and then, he lift his head and looked me in the eyes and loudly told me "YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT BEFORE". I was very uncomfortable and told him that was the reason that i had put the receipt on the table. He just poked on the screen while exhaling profoundly and gave me my refund. I told him "so much for customer service". He then had the nerve to tell me to have a good day. I was having a good day until then. You may have seen him at the the Moncton Princess Auto store, he's a big man and looks like he's in pain and miserable. He wears a tag but no name visible. Very poor performance in customer service.

I contacted Kenny-U-Pull in Moncton, N.B. to offer my car, as my transmission was busted and I…read morecouldn't find another one. After all was said and done, we agreed to $800.00. They sent their tow truck to come get the car and then reneged on our agreement... The driver decided that, that amount was too much for a car without a transmission. After contacting the office, they came back at $600.00. I asked if they'd go to $700.00 but they decided to play their little game of "save a few bucks at the owner's expense" and countered with $650.00. I thanked the driver for coming, mentioned that the transmission issue was indicated from the get-go, and I walked away. That was very unprofessional for a company of that size and capacity. That tells me, cheap and take advantage of people. Someone called me after and apologized stating that the decision maker did not check the file and re-offered the $800.00 as agreed upon. This time, I declined stating that I do not deal with suspicious companies with questionable principles, and when the participants involved (indirectly) indicated that I tried to hide details for my own gain, I felt very insulted. I feel the need to share a review of my experience so that no one else has to experience such poor treatment and service as I did. Sometimes, people need to get what they ask for as long as it's reasonable, not feel obligated to settle for less. I sold the car an hour later, to scrappy.ca for $905.00 btw.
